Tri Berry Smoothie

A smoothie recipe from chef Tom Skold. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen aronia berries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves chopped.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
