Cucumber Moscow Mule


  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 4 oz. ginger beer
  • ice


Cut 6 round slices of cucumber and set them aside. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and cut a long thin strip from the center. Muddle the mint leaves and 3 cucumber slices with juice from a lime. Line a glass with the long strip of cucumber. Add ice then pour in the muddled mixture and vodka. Top with ginger beer and garnish with remaining slices of cucumber and a sprig of mint.

A refreshing twist on a popular cocktail. Use a copper mug if you wish, or show off your cocktail crafting skills with a clear glass and a pretty garnish.
