Herbed Tofu Dip


  • 1 package of soft to firm tofu, steamed
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. basil, chopped
  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro


In a food processor, combine tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, soy milk, onion powder, garlic, and apple cider vinegar, basil, chives, and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan to medium high. Add butter and melt. Spread herbed tofu dip into tortilla. Fry tortilla until golden brown. Cut into quarters, and garnish with tomato and cilantro.


An herbed tofu spread that's great as a dip or the main star in a quesadilla.
