Radish Salad

A traditional radish salad that's perfect for that first harvest of spring radish. 


  • 3 cups radish, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped


In a large bowl, add radish and salt. Stir to combine. Let the mixture set 30-45 minutes to let the salt draw out the moisture from the radishes. 

Stir in sour cream and white wine vinegar. Mix until combined. Garnish with some freshly chopped green onions. Serve and enjoy.
