Booker on college athletes getting paid

Sen. Cory Booker (D-New Jersey), who played Division I college football at Stanford, says it's good that the NCAA and others are rethinking policies. He says a more just system is needed for a multibillion dollar business in which the people who help produce so much of that wealth aren't seeing any personal financial benefit.
