Maple Mango Chutney

A sweet and spicy mango chutney that's a perfect compliment to any favorite main course.


  • 1 and 1/2 cups of diced mango
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon curshed red pepper flakes


Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for ten minnutes, until sauce has reduced by at least 1/4 and has thickened. Serve over shrimp, chicken, or other favorite dish.
