Apple Maple Sauce

An Apple Maple sauce recipe perfect for dessert or the main course. 


  • 3 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine viegar
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water


In a medium saucepan, melt butter at medium high heat. Add apples and cook until soft. Add vinegar, lemon juice, and syrup. Cook on medium heat and let reduce by at least half. Put in blender and blend until smooth. Add water to reduce thickness. 

Add to favorite meat dish like pork, shrimp, or chicken. Serve and enjoy.
