Spicy Lettuce Salad


  • ¼ cup gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 minced garlic gloves
  • 1 herd of romaine lettuce
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch of chives


In a bowl combine gchugaru, water, fish sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and garlic. Whisk until combined. 

Chop romaine, iceberg lettuce, radicchio, onion and chives. Toss together and then add the dressing. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy.
