Dill Gin Fiz


  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped roughly
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1 oz. agave syrup
  • ice
  • 4 oz. gin
  • 4 oz. sparkling water


Add lime juice, cucumbers, and dill into a shaker. Muddle until well mashed. Add agave syrup, gin, and ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling water. Serve with a twice of lime or a slice of cucumber.
