Plan For Debt-Free Education

Sen. Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) says he does not believe that the government should automatically cancel student debt for people from wealthy families who can afford to pay for college, but he does want to ensure more Americans can pursue education without being saddled with high amounts of student debt.
