Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients - for a single 9" crust

1/2 c. lard
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Using a fork, work together the water and lard. It will seem like nothing is happening, but hang in there. When your arm gets tired, add the flour and salt and combine with a pastry blender. It will begin to resemble coarse crumbs. Work in another tablespoon of water if it's too dry to form a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for a few hours or up to three days before rolling.
