The Iowa Broadcast News Association (IBNA) recently awarded IPTV with multiple awards. IPTV’s Market to Market staff took first and second place in the Farm and Agribusiness category. Josh Buettner was recognized with the top award for his feature Tributaries on Trial Water Woes and Colleen Brandford Krantz took second place for her feature U.S. Farmers Enlist Old Techniques to Round Up Super Weeds. In order to broaden opportunities for Iowa minority and female high school students, IPTV is offering a television production mentorship program for summer 2016. The unpaid mentorship program will give one student the opportunity to observe and gain hands-on experience in several aspects of television production including videography, lighting, video editing, graphic design, web production and story writing. Season 5 of IPTV’s Iowa Ingredient premieres April 1 at 6:30 p.m. The season will feature sizzling new episodes exploring fresh ingredients grown in Iowa, the passionate farmers who produce them and the creative chefs who cook with them. IPTV announced today that it will be airing a new series, Iowa Entrepreneur . Each of the 13 episodes features two local Iowa businesses and the stories of how their owners overcame personal and financial struggles to find success. IPTV Announces New Locally Produced Series IPTV KIDS Clubhouse to Premiere in June

Something big is about to happen at IPTV – something no other network in Iowa has done for more than 20 years. Today IPTV announced the IPTV KIDS Clubhouse will become a full-fledged, locally produced program complete with ten 30-minute episodes focused on Iowa children.
