Winter's false ending - Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas farms in north central North Dakota and was just about to run the grain seeder when he looked at the weather forecast. More than 30 inches of snow later, his spring fieldwork is on hold. The moisture is welcome after the dry pattern the last couple of years, but Thomas is hoping the window opens to get his corn in the ground soon. We also discuss the changing acreage allotment for his farm and destinations for his crop.
