Female Football Kicker Katie Lindsay

The Van Meter Bulldogs won the 2021 state football championship by a field goal thanks to first year kicker Katie Lindsay. Tallying the second most points after a touchdown in the state with 71, including 11 in a single game, Lindsay's transition from soccer to football has been historically successful.
