Iowa PBS's broadcast serving central Iowa temporarily interrupted

Iowa PBS's transmitter, KDIN Channel 11, serving the central Iowa viewing area will be intermittently out of service beginning at 12 a.m. on Saturday, January 31 due to the installation of a new transmitter. The Iowa PBS crew will work diligently to limit the outage as much as possible. KDIN will continue to operate at reduced power following this outage until the work is complete. 

During the outage, Iowa PBS, WORLD, and Create are available to livestream on iowapbs.org/live, pbs.org/livestream, and the PBS app. Iowa PBS KIDS is available to livestream on iowapbs.org/live or the PBS KIDS app. Iowa PBS programs are also available on most popular platforms.
