Iowa PBS to perform overnight maintenance

Iowa PBS's transmitter serving the central Iowa viewing area will be intermittently out of service beginning at 12 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14 due to tower maintenance. The Iowa PBS crew will work diligently to limit the outage as much as possible, which is expected to conclude around 5 a.m. weather permitting.

Iowa PBS's transmitter serving eastern Iowa will also be intermittently out of service beginning at 12 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15 for similar tower maintenance. Service is expected to be restored by approximately 5 a.m., weather permitting.

During the outage, Iowa PBS, WORLD, and Create are available to livestream on iowapbs.org/live, pbs.org/livestream, and the PBS app. Iowa PBS KIDS is available to livestream on iowapbs.org/live or the PBS KIDS app. Iowa PBS programs are also available on most popular platforms.
