Be My Neighbor Day

Join us on September 7 for our first Be My Neighbor Day celebration at Iowa PBS, inspired by Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. Families are invited to explore ways to be caring neighbors through fun, hands-on activities, meet-and-greets with Daniel Tiger and Katarina Kittycat and opportunities to connect with community helpers. This free, family-friendly event encourages kindness, connection and community spirit—just like in Daniel’s neighborhood! A detailed schedule will be shared soon.
