1969 Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 c. ground cooked ham

3 oz. cream cheese

1 tsp. Horseradish

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1 loaf sandwich bread, unsliced

Directions

Blend the first four ingredients. Slice the sandwich loaf lengthwise. Spread each slice with the ham mixture and roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill.

To serve, unwrap, trim crust and cut 1/2 inch slices.
