Filmmaker Perspective: Venice and S. Torriano Berry

Venise Berry, professor of journalism and African American Studies at the University of Iowa, and filmmaker S. Torriano Berry put the spotlight on the contributions of Black Iowans who have put their mark on the state and the world. They explore the history of religion, civil rights, economics, entertainment and the military as it relates to Black Iowans.
