The Forsytes on Masterpiece Advance Preview

Join us at the Iowa PBS studios in Johnston on March 1 at 2 p.m. for an advance screening of the newest series from Masterpiece, The Forsytes. This bold, new reimagining from writer Debbie Horsfield (Poldark), The Forsytes chronicles the lives, loves, trials and triumphs of a wealthy Victorian era stockbroking family, whose generations find themselves torn between tradition and self-sacrifice versus personal happiness and the pursuit of love. The series is is based on John Galsworthy’s Nobel Prizewinning tale of love, loyalty, ambition and betrayal.

Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. and light refreshments will be served. Open captions will also be provided. Join us at Iowa PBS and be among the first to meet these new characters whose drama will soon sweep you away.

The Forsytes on Masterpiece premieres Sunday, March 22 at 8 p.m. on Iowa PBS.
