Award-winning “black dirt” country band Cory Waller & The Wicked Things blends classic and modern influences into what the group describes as “country flavored country.” The band is a tight-knit group of friends made up of sons and daughters of farmers and small-town folks, led by vocalist Cory Waller. Known for music inspired by the lives of the people they grew up around, Cory Waller & The Wicked Things deliver an authentic, working-class Midwestern sound that offers a refreshing take on modern country music.

Iowa PBS is offering local music lovers an opportunity to experience this intimate, live concert recording session as a member of the studio audience. Attendees will be seated onstage and can expect to be immersed in the energetic atmosphere of a live concert performance. 

Stage seating is very limited and must be reserved in advance. Registered attendees will need to arrive at 6:30 p.m. with the hour-long recording session beginning at 7 p.m.
