Chicken and Asparagus Carbonara

Ingredients

medium sized chicken breast
salt
black pepper
garlic powder
2 tablespoons bacon fat
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of chopped asparagus
garlic to taste
16 ounces or roughly half a bottle, of wine
1 1/2 cup cream
1 egg
1 egg
Parmesan cheese to preference
cooked bacon
Parmesan cheese
parsley

Directions

Begin by boiling your pasta.Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder and cut into pieces.Add the bacon fat, chicken, mushrooms, asparagus and garlic to a saute pan on high heat, cook until the chicken is 3/4th done.

While the chicken is cooking whisk together the cream, egg and Parmesan cheese.When the chicken is 3/4ths done add the wine and let simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.

When the chicken is done add your pasta and cream mixture to the saute pan, reducing the heat to medium.Top with pieces of cooked bacon, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
