Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

Italian hoagies
Roasted Red Pepper- 28oz can drained.
Garlic- 1 tbs minced
Honey 2 tbs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Romano- 3/4 cup
Balsamic glaze
Basil fresh

Directions

Set oven to 450. Slice Italian hoagie on angle in 1/4 in slices. Lightly brush with Rosemary Olive Oil and place on baking sheet. Place in oven until lightly golden brown 3-4minutes. Allow to cool.

In a food processor combine all ingredients except romano. Blend until smooth. Scrape down sides and start the processor again. Pour the romano into the processor and allow to process until all romano is evenly distributed.

Smear pesto on crostini and top with goat cheese. Place in oven and allow cheese to melt and crust to brown 3minutes. Remove from oven. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze and top with fresh basil.
