Lotus Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 and 1/2 tsp. lemon zest

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into an ice-cream machine and process according to the manufacturer's directions.
