Pear & Arugula Grilled Cheese Sandwich
In a small bowl combine arugula with reduced balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Toss to combine.
Heat a skillet to medium heat.Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place bread butter side down on skillet. Add pear and cheese. Cook until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Add the arugula. Serve and enjoy!
