On the last Saturday of the fair, our TV crews were wrapping up the final nightly show, but attendees continued to pour into the fairgrounds, enjoying everything from the Ladies' Nail Driving Contest to the morning Llama Show.
Day 9 is coming to a close and what a day! The first Lineman's Rodeo at the fair, but the return of the calling classics - Mom Calling, Husband Calling, Hog Calling - and plenty of fair time fun is had by all.

The first Monday of the Iowa State Fair is always the Veterans' Day parade, and with mostly mild weather, fairgoers also enjoyed many of the daily fun, from the Flying Royals acrobatic team to the Cowboy Bootcamp for kids.
