The arrival of these refugees to this country will affect it forever, even after the Vietnam era generations are long gone. But by then we're talking about third and fourth generations and they won't make those distinctions. Vietnam will be to them much as Denmark is to me, it's a part of my family history, the family lore, but we're Americans.
