Farm values and emotions with management - Randy Dickhut

Randy Dickhut just wrapped up his career as senior VP for real estate at Farmers National Company. He started as a farm manager and later moved into the land side involving selling land. We conducted an exit interview with a chance to reflect about balancing the dollar value of the farm with the emotional side with potential sellers. Sometimes the decision is easy, but the buyers have a role in this discussion as well.
