Guests include Julie Gammack, former Des Moines Register columnist, WHO radio host, business coach and founder/producer of the annual Okoboji Writers Retreat; Chuck Offenburger, former Des Moines Register columnist and founder of Offenburger.com; Ed Tibbetts, former reporter and editorial page editor for the Quad-City Times; and Teresa Zilk, mental health advocate and founder of "Stories to Tell My Daughter." 

Kay Henderson moderates.
